This information is for the Nevae of old, before Evil won. (This is the world that Nevae Offline occurs in)

Islands of Kitori
The islands are said to have once been part of a greater land mass that was sunk when Bahamut and Tiamat fought. When Bahamut crashed his sister's body into the land mass, it broke it apart and sunk the middle of it. The watery center of this mass is now know as the Swallows, as many ships are swallowed by whirlpools that appear at random. There is a great volcanic range in the middle, and some say that the volcanic eruptions are caused by Tiamat breathing out, and the whirlpools are her breathing in again.

Tika
Land of Demons and Tieflings, they make their home near the "holy" place of Tiamat, the volcanic range that dominates the Swallows.

Kitori
The opposition of Tika, many Devas call this their home. It is also the land of dragons and dragon like creatures. Dragonborn and kobolds have their roots here.

The Swallows
The water between Kitori and Tika, many ships have been lost to the depths of great whirlpools that open in the waters.



Cartaela
Catraela is separated into regions, however it is united as a whole. The people here do not war with each other, instead enjoying a peace between themselves. Many of the Races of Light can find their origins here.

Jintor
The birthplace of the humans, and humans from Jalal originated here. They used to be at war with the Dwarves of Harmen, but that has changed now. The bay that borders both countries bears the name of Treaty Bay in honor of the peace that resides there. It is a land of forests and grassland.


Harmen
This mountainous region that separates the top and bottom half of the Cartaela continent is home to the dwarves, goliaths, shardmind, and other mountainous races. Warforged were created by the dwarves here.

Crass
Crass is a desert that was created by being surrounded by mountains. It is a home to nomadic tribes and desert people. Gnolls are and shifters are common here.

Tuslo
Tuslo is the land of the elves, shared by the eladrin, gnomes, and wilden. The lands are filled with lush forests and a magic that permeates everything. While fey cannot as easily cross over into Tuslo as they can in Kitori, many who enter this world find themselves drawn to this country once they have arrived.

Molin
Molin is a port country, filled with trade more than anything. One can find all manners of creature here, including many monster races separated from their evil counterparts. Halflings are said to be the pioneers of this establishment.

Utar
Utar is a wasteland. In legends, it is a place where eons ago, the primordials and dragons battled with the gods. Some say that Io's blood spilling onto the land made the land weep and die with remorse. In the center of this land, a great oasis stands, leading some to believe that this is where Bahamut was born. Shadowfell creatures like the drow and the shadar-kai reside here, as other races do not tend to go here often, except on pilgrimages to Bahamut's Rise. Remnants of the bodies of the primordials are said to have created the Genesai that call this place home.


Pugrin

Pugrin houses a lot of the Dark races, and it is not frequented by the Light races. While Sporik and Wachata currently have a treaty, they are constantly testing each other's might, and the peace is shaky at best.

Wachata
The birth place of orcs and goblins. It is a dirty land, and not often visited on purpose.
Sporik
Unlike Wachata, Sporik is often visited (when the peace between the two is strong). Many great wizards and psionics come from here, and the Githzerai call this place home. It is said that Sporik is a place to go to get in tune with oneself, and many monks also can trace their teachings here.


Thetis

Jalal
The humans of Jintor originally took Jalal as a secondary hideout in case the Dwarves overcame them. Surrounded by mountains the Kingdom of the same name is a defensive fortress. Now that peace reins on Cartaela, many races have offered their assistance in the battle of the Swamp Lands.

The Swamp Lands
Home to Yuan-ti and black dragons, the Swamp Lands are a constant terror to Jalal. It has been hard to keep their own against the destructive races.
Ravahan
Legends say that this is the land where Night created the Rakshasa. No man has ever set foot on the land, preferring to not find out what truly resides there.


The Wilds
The Wilds remain uninhabited by the known races of Nevae. Every ship that has tried to sail there has not returned, and no one knows what resides here. Some men say that it is the origin land of beasts such as the Minotaur.
