03. Greeshtan Calls

OOC: We'll just assume that you bought them before you came which is what you should have done when making your character silly person

Gyrax nods at Koraph in apparent understanding. Turning to look over at the lizardfolk, she asks "I don't suppose you have a set of shackles? I'm all for smiting, you understand, but I suppose we might be obliged to actually spare an enemy every so often?"

"We are not in the prisoner business; we have no where to put them. If you are interested in shackles, though, my guess would be to look in the fort itself; they have the means to keep people locked up."

ooc Just got a mental picture of our heroes captured in the dungeon. "Alright! Shackles!" Gyrax cheers happily.

Gyrax nods. "Who shall be in charge?"

"Not it.", Cyrus says as he raises a hand, then stands. "And I'm set on supplies, so I shall go join the gn-... I shall go join Silk." Cyrus had decided to acknowledge Silk by his name. Gyrax was silly of course, and Koraph seemed like a pain, but Silk seemed like his kind of guy. Because of this, he was at least going to start calling him by his name. Not that he won't refer to the others by their names, but only when he deems necessary. XD He gets up and leaves the room with quarterstaff in hand.

Koraph interjects, " I don't think any one person should lead, wherever we go it should be an unanimous decision."

"Instead of selecting a leader, why don't you all figure out who works best as one while you do this task. Afterall, the greatest leaders are not discovered, they are made. Caex knows the way to the fortress so if you are looking for a guide, she can get you there, hopefully without incident."

Gyrax wolfs down the last of her soup. "Well.... I suppose. I couldn't decide whom to follow anyway. I mean Silk has more assassination experience, sure, but Koraph is head of the KDGDH. That kinda leadership experience is not something you'd want to ignore either." she shrugs. "Shall we be off?"

Koraph taps on Gyrax's leg. "It really doesn't count as leadership if you end up in getting all your members killed... I Swear I didn't tip off the slave masters, though I don't know how they found out, Though they were all willing to rise up against them and start a riot to escape. which reminds me, I don't remember how I escaped..." He kept on droning for a few moments, until he realized he was digging himself a hole. "Well, since we don't know where we are going it would probably best if Caex leads the initial path."

Alright guys! We're moving on. Since this was just the introduction, so no XP for this thread.
